Assisted living

With assisted living you live in your own flat and decide on your own daily routine. Help is there when you need it: ARTANS Pflegedienst provides nursing care, support and help in the home – exactly as much as you want.

Abroad too

Would you like to return to your home country in old age, or live where your family is? We also support you with assisted living abroad – from the first consultation to organising care on site. Because 27 languages are spoken in our team, we understand you and your relatives: here in Munich and there.

Good to know: What the German long-term care fund pays abroad depends on the country. Within the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, the care allowance (Pflegegeld) can usually continue to be paid. We are happy to clarify this together with you and your care fund.

24-hour care

Some people need support not just at set times, but around the clock. With our 24-hour care you are well looked after day and night – and your relatives can have peace of mind.

  • Care and company during the day and at night
  • Help with washing, dressing and meals
  • Housework, shopping and laundry
  • Medical care by our qualified nurses when prescribed by a doctor
  • Close coordination with relatives and doctors

How to get started

  1. Call us or send an enquiry. Tell us briefly what you need.
  2. Personal consultation. We discuss your wishes, your care needs and the costs – at your home or at our office.
  3. We organise the care. You get regular contact persons and a plan that suits you.

What does it cost?

The costs depend on how much support you need and where you live. If you have a care level (Pflegegrad), the long-term care insurance covers part of it; medical care prescribed by a doctor is paid by the health insurance. For the rest, we will make you a personal offer.
